Tai Chi is a time-effective tool to relieve stress, manage energy and soothe emotions when correctly taught. Learn all you can before you begin. Good teachers won't promise the moon nor offer a "quick and easy" version of Tai Chi. Insist on a comprehensive program. Then you will get three times the benefits with each practice session.

Tai Chi Energy programs are balanced and comprehensive; addressing the needs of body, mind and emotions.

As you progress, Tai Chi evolves into a moving meditation and spiritual practice. This is what sets Tai Chi apart from programs that only exercise the physical body.
Joseph Bojanek, director of Tai Chi Energy, holds a Master's degree in psychology and a BA degree in Behavioral Science which he uses to optimize
your program. While conducting research on the healing effects of prayer and meditation, he learned how Tai Chi and Qigong combine spiritual practices with mental training and physical exercise to improve health on all levels: mental, emotional and physical.

Many misconceptions exist about Tai Chi. One is that it's not physically challenging enough to offer anything to athletes and gym members. This 
is not true. At  higher levels of practice, a tremendous amount of energy is circulated through the body by the wave-like motions of Tai Chi. The
power of your practice automatically adjusts as you move from beginner to accomplished practitioner.
