Joseph Bojanek, director of Tai Chi Energy, holds a Master's degree in psychology and Behavioral Sciences. He combines modern scientific insight with the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qigong to optimize your program.

While conducting research on the healing effects of prayer and meditation, he learned how Tai Chi and Qigong combine spiritual practices with mental training and physical exercise to improve health on all levels: mental, emotional and physical.

One is that it's not physically challenging enough to offer anything to athletes.
This is not true. At  higher levels of practice, a tremendous amount of
energy is circulated through the body by the wave-like motions of Tai Chi.
